A service technician is responsible for performing service calls to bring all work up to DIRECTV standards. The ideal candidate will have public speaking ability with strong interpersonal and written communication skills, management ability, and industry knowledge. Candidates must also have working knowledge of computers and the ability to lift, carry, and manoeuvre large ladders and other required equipment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide World Class Customer Service.
Required to complete all routed service calls per week (25 is the minimum for the bonus structure, but Service Techs are expected to do more than 25 per week).
Required to bring all service calls up to DIRECTV standards.
Required to attend Tech Days each week and speak about trends in the field, etc.
