DIRECTOR – DISPATCH / TRACKING
MULTIBAND – GRAND RAPIDS, MI

The Dispatch & Tracking Director will be responsible for managing lead trackers situated in multiple offices nationwide, setting goals and standards for all tracking departments, managing on-time guarantees, and participating in strategic planning and problem solving with company directors and upper management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, great project management skills, and the ability to work with all departments across the company.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Managing lead trackers, both locally and remotely
• Project management
• Manage re-schedules
• Manage on-time guarantees
• Assist with order integrity and work order closure
• Oversee reporting metrics

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and/or equivalent experience
• Previous management experience
• Previous project development and management experience
• Strong working knowledge of Windows based programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and Internet Explorer
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
